1. Experienced JavaScript + PHP + AJAX
 2. Must understand TCP/IP at an internals level, including protocol semantics, headers,
     iptables, and pcap
 3. Must have experience with sockets(having written a few sockets programs is not sufficient)

 1. At least three years of C++ programming in a Linux environment and proficiency
     in C++
 2. Must be with a broad range of C++ experience. Please do not apply if the bulk of
     your experience is with Visual C++
 3. Extensive Linux/Unix scripting experience
 4. Must have very strong Linux/Unix skills including writing scripts. Must be able to
     writerobust code that runs as scripts, not only as C++ programs
 5. Experience with encryption, keys, certificates; experience with MySQL; 
     experience with database environments (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, DB2)

 1. Use excellent writing, interviewing, and organizational skills.
 2. Work closely with the development team to incorporate new materiail into end
     user documentation.
 3. Present technical information by using screen captures tables, lists, illustrations, and/or 
     graphics.
 4. Perform job requirements according to a project plan.
 5. Grasp and synthesize technical information such us functional, technical, and detail design
     specifications.
 6. Be proficient in using Structured FrameMaker, MS Word, source control systems, and basic
     graphic software.
 7. Use basic skills in HTML and XML to  manage documents.
 8. Be a strong team player.
 9. Demonstrate abiilty to muli-task and have good skills at organization and time management.

 Delivery
- Ensure that groups have everything they need to meet their deliverables
- Mangers have responsibility for product delivery. Head is responsible for helping track the
  overall status/deliverables of each team; get more involved in a specific team operation
  when necessary; removing roadblocks;
- Devise solutions for problems such as:
> Resource sharing - Work with managers to borrow/share resources where possible
- Regular meetings with staff
- Communicate regularly with onshore directors/VPs
 People Management
- Lead, mentor, motivate and develop staff
- Monitor performance of staff and provide constructive feedback to improve
- Manage and mentor senior managers . Provide performance reviews, bonus and raise
  allocations for senior managers with input from onshore functional managers
- Work with senior managers to ensure consistent bonus and raise allocations for all staff
- Identify training and development needs of team and organize appropriate programs
- Help managers work on developing career paths for individuals
- Work with managers to foster a positive work culture and environment . Organize team
  building events, potlucks, team sports, etc.

 Familiar with Unix/Linux and System Programming is must 

 1. Create test spec and test cases.
 2. Prepare test data for testing.
 3. come out test reports/defect analysis/document
 4. Create test script for automation test
 5. Verify fixes, validate and document completion of testing and development                             

 1. Experience in automation tools development - At least 1 year
 2. Strong preference to experience in JAVA, C++/C# - optional
 3. Experience in network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP), HTTP, SSL
 4. Knowlodge in databases. MySQL, Sybase, DB2, Oracle
 5. Load testing experience- an advantage
 6. Experience in security- an advantage
 7. B.Sc in Computer Science- an advantage
